Trade Paints Supports Ken’s Boxing Day Challenge.

Last year, Ken survived a stroke, a catastrophic brain haemorrhage and septicaemia.

This year, Ken is conquering Hastings seafront to raise £10,000 for charity, Bechange, and Trade Paints is supporting him all the way.

Last year was a tough one for Ken, but he got through it, surviving a stroke, a catastrophic brain haemorrhage and septicaemia. Ken spent three weeks in a coma and five months in four different hospitals, before finally returning home to Hastings.

This year, Ken has started to get his life back on track, with the love and support of his wife Linda and their family and friends. Ken has real difficulty with his mobility and his speech and he suffers from extreme tiredness and seizures.

Ken has not given up and has made massive progress.

Ken’s challenge.

As the next stage in his recovery, Ken has set himself a challenge: to walk 100 metres along Hastings seafront this Boxing Day.

Walking any distance requires real concentration and determination for Ken. This challenge will give Ken the focus to move further forward with rebuilding his life and the achievement of raising £10,000 for Bechange, a charity which supports adults to reach positive futures.

You can help.
