Things don't always go to plan ... and products aren't always as they should be, despite our best efforts. Therefore, if you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, please return it to us, ideally within 30 days and with the receipt.
As you can appreciate, this is slightly different from your run-of-the-mill product. Once we have mixed paint to the colour requested we must take payment for that paint.
That said, there are occasions when (despite the very hi-tech machines) the colours do not come out as they should, and on these occasions we will happily look at refunding the cost of the paint or replacing it. Please note, we religiously clean and maintain our machines, if/when these differences occur it is nearly always due to recipes being wrong on the machines- i.e. out of our control.
We will not be able to refund or replace the paint if the colour does match the colour card/sample given. We also can not be held responsible for any time spent applying an incorrect colour ... thus one of our golden rules: ALWAYS do a test area.
